My name is Matthew, and I've always found inspiration from the #riseandgrind mantra. I've felt the lacked the discipline to accomplish goals I set for much of my life. Something I still fight daily.
I created this website to be a destination for those like me who want to learn how to conquer their mind to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilled lives.
I've found the most successful way to improve in various areas of my life is to commit to a 28-day challenge. It could be waking up at 5 am for 28 days straight or do 200 pullups and 400 pushups each day. It might be following a new Pomodoro technique each day. The options are endless. The possibilities for improvement are endless.
This blog will outline each challenge I take, talk you through the goals and hurdles to expect, and discuss the results I found from completing the challenge with the ultimate goal of inspiring you to take on a challenge for yourself.
In each challenge, I'll share the tips and tools I discover while pursuing a more self-disciplined and fulfilled life at home and in the workplace.
In addition, I'll share weekly what I'm learning on the health, productivity, and entrepreneurship fronts so that we can learn alongside each other and share what's working, and what's not.
